Terms & Conditions
These portfolio-wide Terms govern commercial WordPress plugin purchases, license services, downloads, updates and support provided by Web Solutions Hub LLC through wppluginspro.io. Effective date: September 26, 2026.
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern purchases from and use of wppluginspro.io, WP Plugins Pro commercial products, licensing, downloads, updates and support. WP Plugins Pro is operated by Web Solutions Hub LLC.
2. GPL and paid services
Our WordPress plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), version 2 or later where stated. Nothing here restricts rights granted by the applicable GPL for GPL-covered code. Paid license keys, update services, customer accounts, premium support, hosted services, trademarks and branding are separate from GPL rights in plugin code.
3. Commercial plans
Unless a product page states otherwise, plans may include Single — 1 website, Business — up to 5 websites, and Agency — up to 25 websites. Each active production WordPress installation counts toward the activation limit. Product and checkout terms control where a product uses different limits.
4. License keys and activations
Keys are issued to the purchaser for authorized use and must not be published, sold, publicly shared, sublicensed as standalone keys or used to provide unauthorized access to WP Plugins Pro services. Agency plans may cover eligible client sites within the activation limit. We may use reasonable measures to enforce limits and prevent fraud or abuse.
5. Development, staging and Multisite
Qualifying localhost, development or staging environments may be treated separately according to current licensing documentation. Subdomains, subdirectories and Multisite installations may count as separate activations where they represent separate production sites or installations.
6. Term, updates and support
Paid licenses are generally for one year unless stated otherwise. An active term includes eligible PRO updates and premium support for the licensed product. After expiration or cancellation, future paid updates and premium support may end. Expiration will not be used to delete customer content or collected plugin data.
7. Automatic renewal and cancellation
If auto-renewal is enabled and disclosed at checkout, the subscription renews for another term at the applicable disclosed renewal price unless cancelled before renewal. Cancel through available account and billing controls or by contacting us. Cancellation affects future billing and ordinarily does not shorten a term already paid for.
8. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices may change prospectively. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases. Future renewal prices may change where permitted and appropriately disclosed. Applicable taxes may be added or handled by the relevant payment provider or merchant-of-record arrangement.
9. Delivery
After successful payment, digital products and license information are delivered as described at checkout, which may include a customer account, download page or email. Customers must provide a valid email and safeguard credentials and keys.
10. Support scope
Premium support generally covers installation, documented functionality, bug investigation and reasonable product guidance. It does not include custom development, administration of customer websites, third-party product support or guaranteed compatibility with every theme, plugin, host or custom code unless expressly stated.
11. Compatibility and product changes
WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, browsers, hosting platforms and third-party APIs evolve independently. We work to maintain supported compatibility but cannot guarantee compatibility with every current or future third-party component. Features and services may change, subject to non-waivable rights.
12. Acceptable use
You must not misuse licensing, update, account or support systems; bypass activation limits; interfere with security; use stolen payment methods; publish license keys; impersonate customers; or use our services unlawfully. These service restrictions do not limit GPL rights in GPL-covered code.
13. Intellectual property
GPL-covered code is governed by its GPL. WP Plugins Pro and WSH names, logos, website content, documentation, graphics and trademarks remain protected except where a separate license grants rights.
14. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy on wppluginspro.io and mandatory rights under applicable law.
15. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy on wppluginspro.io. Customers are responsible for the privacy and legal configuration of their own WordPress websites.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to license services, updates, downloads, accounts or support where reasonably necessary for fraud, security threats, material breach, payment reversal or abuse. GPL rights in GPL-covered code remain unaffected.
17. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with every third-party environment. Non-waivable rights are not excluded.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Solutions Hub LLC and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount paid for that product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Web Solutions Hub LLC from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or content and websites under your control, except to the extent caused by our unlawful conduct.
20. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Subject to non-waivable rights, disputes will be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in San Francisco County, California.
21. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively. The current version will be posted on wppluginspro.io with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting active services may be communicated through reasonable means.
22. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. These Terms, applicable order and product terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy form the agreement concerning the applicable purchase and services.
