Refund Policy
This Policy applies to eligible digital products and commercial WordPress plugin licenses purchased through wppluginspro.io unless different terms are clearly disclosed for a product or transaction. Effective date: September 26, 2026.
1. 14-day refund guarantee
Unless a different policy is expressly stated at checkout, you may request a refund of the original purchase price within 14 calendar days after the initial purchase of an eligible WP Plugins Pro digital product.
2. Requesting a refund
Contact us through the support or contact method on wppluginspro.io with your order information and product. A short explanation helps us improve. For technical issues we may request reasonable information needed to reproduce the issue and may offer assistance, but troubleshooting does not extend the 14-day period.
3. Eligibility and exclusions
- The request must be made within 14 calendar days of the original eligible purchase.
- Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
- We may deny requests involving fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized purchases, material violation of our Terms, or repeated purchase and refund behavior intended to obtain ongoing use without payment.
- Services fully performed, custom development or items expressly identified as non-refundable before purchase may be excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing here limits non-waivable refund, cancellation, withdrawal or consumer rights under applicable law.
4. Renewals
Annual licenses may renew automatically when auto-renewal is enabled and disclosed at purchase. Cancel future renewal before the next renewal charge using available account and billing controls or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not ordinarily terminate access already paid for during the current term.
5. Renewal refunds
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or where we expressly approve an exception. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us promptly.
6. After a refund
The associated paid license may be deactivated and access to PRO updates, premium support, downloads and paid services may end. A refund does not authorize continued use of proprietary services, credentials or license keys. Rights in GPL-licensed code remain subject to the applicable GPL.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment processor, card network and financial institution.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. We may suspend licenses and accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive payment disputes, subject to applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy prospectively. The terms presented for a transaction and applicable law remain relevant. Contact us through wppluginspro.io for refund questions.
